Customizations and groupings open endless possibilities to maximize income. Recently customer support got better, and its almost instant. Account managers are amazing!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
User experience, and performance. We have a large portfolio, and pages are loading very slow. Bulk actions are very slow as well.
