What do you like most?
Room Master has been easy to navigate I really enjoy working with the software. Customer Service is sometimes hard to get in contact with but so far in the end it has always been resolved.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer service availability when an emergency shows up. There are times during check in times our credit card system & all we get is an answering machine.
