What do you like most?
Cloudbeds makes several daily tasks more convenient. I especially like the simple calendar and the improved billing process. Creating invoices and receipts is straightforward, and the currency settings give us enough flexibility to manage different requirements ourselves.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support is generally good and the team does help resolve issues, but the waiting time can sometimes be frustrating. The first chatbot step is understandable, but having a faster route to a human agent would improve the experience.
