More frequent and structured testing frameworks across website conversion and CRO initiatives could help unlock additional gains in bookings and overall revenue performance. Continuing to scale experimentation, especially around landing pages and user journeys, would be a valuable next step. It would also be beneficial to incorporate deeper competitive benchmarking within reporting to provide more context on market positioning, keyword performance, and acquisition opportunities. In some cases, even more proactive sharing of emerging tools, technologies, or shifts in the digital marketing landscape could add incremental value and help us stay even further ahead of competitors.
