What do you like most?
When have problem in the system, the support team is fast take action and response. The system PMS and POS also not complicate and easy to use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the interface between their POS and PMS which sometimes a little bit complicated. As well as the reports for management should have more in the system.
