Cloudbeds has a decent interface and overall appearance, but in my experience, it is not very user-friendly. Some features are difficult to navigate, and the system could be simpler and easier for daily motel operations.

What do you like most?
What I like most is the interface. It looks clean and professional, and the overall design is good. However, I feel it could be more user-friendly and easier to navigate for daily motel operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer service needs major improvement. In my experience, support is very poor. When we need to speak with a live agent, it can take 10 to 20 days to connect with someone. For a motel business, we need faster live support because booking, payment, and guest issues are time-sensitive. Cloudbeds should provide quicker access to live agents and better follow-up on support tickets.
