What do you like most?
I really like the Eviivo platform. Not only is the search engine ranking for my small boutique hotel of upscale lodges excellent, and I get a lot of direct bookings, but the customer service and support are always very responsive, helpful, and reliable. They never let us down.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I'd like Eviivo to help us optimize our business terms with Booking.com. Currently, cancellations are frequent with this OTA, and we need to be stronger and further improve our organic SEO with Eviivo to encourage people to book directly through the Eviivo booking engine. We also need to force Booking.com to change the accommodation descriptions, which are really poor and don't reflect reality. As a small accommodation provider, there's nothing we can do.
