What do you like most?
Especially in terms of analytics and reporting, Mews is very strong. It also has a lot of possibilities and is continuously developing, which means new features are constantly added. Particularly the focus on AI is a very positive development that I find extremely beneficial.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Assistance afterwards or whether certain settings are correctly configured. Due to the many options it offers, it is often a question whether certain settings are properly configured or not. So, that is sometimes a bit of a gamble.
