What do you like most?
I like the Dashboard because it gives me a quick picture of the property without checking many different screens. For revenue work, having the main information available in one place makes it easier to review what is happening and decide where I need to look deeper.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The connection with some OTAs can occasionally take time to update. We have noticed this from time to time with channels such as Booking.com or Agoda. It would be useful to have clearer visibility when a synchronization is still in progress.
