What do you like most?
We increase direct sales through our website every year; they are at the forefront of technology and new sales systems. They have a highly effective technical and human team, responding quickly to any problems or questions. They also handle the marketing, making them a very comprehensive partner for my hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The website's extranet should be more intuitive so we can make changes directly. And the social media management should be more active, with representatives coming to the hotel to collect materials at least three times a year.
