Direct bookings coordinated well — but calendar inaccuracies need work

Hotel Management Software
What do you like most?
It coordinates bookings and allows those made directly from the website; but most importantly, it does not allow booking.com to overlap them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are inaccuracies that appear on the calendar (such as non-refundable rates cancellable within...) unprofessional .. being able to highlight check-in and check-out times... would make everything even more professional.
