What do you like most?
I appreciate the customer support that M3 offers. It is always timely- usually in a few hours and I have never waited past the next day. They send you confirmation of your support ticket, so you know it has been received and being put into the right hands. I feel the support is always simplified and easy directions and they offer step by step in resolving most issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think attaching images to invoices could be improved- and attaching W9 forms. I would also consider being able to change the field headings on the invoice sections.
