What do you like most?
Monthly close previously would take me a week, where as now it only takes a couple of days, if that.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see more communication from the bank reconciliation team. We have found that some transactions are duplicated or left "in limbo" in the system indefinitely.
