What do you like most?
Runnr.ai has been a fantastic system for our hotel. It takes a significant amount of work away from our reception team, allowing them to spend more time focusing on what really matters—our guests. The platform is easy to set up, simple to manage, and delivers a seamless experience from the guest’s perspective. Being integrated with WhatsApp gives us close to a 90% open rate, which allows us to positively influence the guest experience even before they’ve stepped through the hotel doors. It also creates excellent opportunities for upselling, such as breakfast, upgrades, and other services, in a way that feels natural and helpful rather than intrusive. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if the package included the name of the hotel instead of the Virtual Assistant a this would give more confidence to the guest that it is a legit system.
