What do you like most?
The pre-stay as well as the post-stay emails are among the most important tools for us and very helpful in daily work. The campaigns are also gladly used by us. The customer service is very good - if you have questions, you can immediately reach someone and receive assistance. It is nice to communicate with REAL people and not with a robot!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hard to say, because we are also working parallel with the hotel program Xenus, we are currently quite satisfied with the offer.
