What do you like most?
One of the things we appreciate most about Exely is the customer support. The team is responsive, friendly, and willing to guide us whenever we have questions. The Channel Manager also works smoothly and helps us keep our rates and inventory updated across multiple booking platforms.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The platform already meets most of our daily needs. However, having more detailed tutorials and practical training materials for new staff would make onboarding easier and help our team become familiar with the system more quickly.
