What do you like most?

It’s one of the strongest chatbot solutions currently available, with a clear focus on continuous improvement. What stands out the most is their openness to feedback and their willingness to evolve alongside the market. Their customer service team is excellent—proactive, responsive and genuinely committed to helping you get the most out of the tool.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The main area for improvement would be making the chatbot’s language feel more natural and less robotic, especially in more complex or nuanced conversations. While it already performs well, a more human tone would significantly enhance the guest experience. That said, the team is aware of this and actively working on it, which is very positive. Looking forward to seeing how the solution continues to develop.
