What do you like most?
-Excellent communication between customer support and clients. -Easy to use interface. -Real time data used and applied to pricing strategy. -Results seen immediately in optimizing revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Implementing another real time factor that affects bookings especially in turbulent times like war, hostilities etc and taking under consideration group bookings and how these are affected, i.e. tour operator trends in group booking, might give an insight on the overall trends of prospective bookings.
