What do you like most?
After a challenging initial phase, the collaboration has now developed significantly positively. Particularly noteworthy are the good accessibility of contacts and the reliable and quick support. We especially rate the cooperation with the campaign assistant team very positively. It is professional, solution-oriented, and pleasant. The team contributes innovatively and creatively and supports us competently in implementing our campaigns. The workflow around the campaigns and the current support have also become well established. Overall, we are satisfied with the current cooperation and especially appreciate the openness, reliability, and constructive collaboration.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, the onboarding and the initial phase of collaboration were difficult for us. Various processes and functionalities of the system were communicated beforehand, which were not or not in the expected form in actual use. This initially created a clear discrepancy between our expectations and the actual possibilities or procedures. It was positive that there was generally a willingness to compromise and find solutions. However, we would have preferred a faster and more consistent implementation of the discussed points. Progress has now been made on various topics, and clear advances are visible. Nevertheless, we still cannot fully utilize the system and are working with selected sub-areas. For further collaboration, we therefore wish to jointly unlock the remaining potentials and expand the use of the system.
