What do you like most?
MEWS truly taking hospitality to future and we are glad to be the early adopters in Australia. We love everything about this system, it automates pretty much all hotel operations. We had some legacy systems in the past generating tons of paper work every month that end up in 20 standard archive boxes per year. That's all history now, with MEWS you can save all your important information digitally and accessible from anywhere.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
MEWS recently transitioned from the legacy Analytics platform to BI Reporting. While I understand that BI Reporting is a more powerful tool, I found that the previous Analytics platform provided clearer and more actionable information. In some cases, it felt like I was able to access the same, if not more, useful insights with less effort. There is certainly room for improvement in MEWS BI Reporting. MEWS may benefit from reviewing other Revenue Management Systems available in the MEWS Marketplace, many of which offer comprehensive reporting, user-friendly dashboards, and easier navigation. The value of a reporting tool ultimately depends not only on its capabilities but also on how effectively users can access and interpret the data.
