What do you like most?
Clear simple system that staff find easy to onboard and user friendly interface. There is a lot of additional features, slightly annoying that you gotta keep paying for this and that feature, but otherwise it's good and reliable uptime is solid.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
You'd think a simple PMS could avoid overbookings but yet it continues to happen. We use their shared inventory system but it generates an overbooking nearly once a week leading to client complaints.
