What do you like most?
The chat support is great, but it takes a long time when you need human help. Today, it was perfect. Vidhta responded quickly, got straight to the point, attached a couple of recordings, and resolved the issue in two minutes. Other times it's been a bit frustrating.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Today's experience was exemplary, but it usually takes a long time when you switch to a human operator, and depending on the operator, the help is confusing. Not today.
