What do you like most?
The Guestfriend app is a particularly clear and intuitive tool for our guests. Even before arrival, it offers the opportunity to explore our diverse amenities, the unique features of our hotel, and the best offers and excursions in the region. This provides our guests with valuable information, inspiration, and anticipation for their stay. While creating the content, images, and individual tiles initially required some time for us, the consistently positive feedback from our guests shows us that this effort was worthwhile. The app is well-used and has become a valuable addition to our guest services.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
"It would be desirable if the app could be used in landscape mode on both iPad and smartphone in the future. Currently, the application can only be used in portrait mode. Support for landscape mode would significantly improve usability."
