What do you like most?
1. User friendly (both desktop and mobile version) 2. High responsibility of consultant team and their productivity 3. Very rarely met the technical issue
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1. Forecasting: how to improve the forecast accuracy remain a challenge topic for hotels 2. We would like to have forecast by segment / marco segment instead of bucket 3. RTO can be enhance for a better help hotels
