The service delivery model focused on Amazon Cloud hosted allows them to deliver solutions secure and faster to the market. DevOps have expertise in Windows, Andriod, and apple development to help the customer to deliver value-based solutions for the guests. The vendor is always open to suggestions and continuous improvement. Vendor have detailed knowledge in Hospitality Property Management systems, Central reservation systems, and customer relationship management systems integration and knowledge. Knowledge in Mobile Key, Online Payment gateway systems, and Guest Room Control Management systems enable them to deliver mobile solutions which will provide contactless apps to Guests. And at last, they are commercially affordable and market reachable in the Middle east.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Have product roadmaps and enhancements that can be rolled out to all customers periodically and have more visibility to the service's success and failure KPI's.
