What do you like most?
Support is 24/7 and I have had 100% resolution on first call. I when ever they are busy you can leave a message and they are extremely good at returning calls.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think that the interface could use a better design but overall it is a great software. There is nothing else I would like to say.
