What do you like most?
- Our database is now full of correct data per guest - Guest check-in experience is much better and faster - Support is great - We have now almost no spelling mistake as far as the customer data is concerned
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly the support of ADASoft team has been unparallel and they have even helped us incorporate the Swiss driving license when we had such a case, so the passport scanner devices can read this type of ID as well. The wireless passport scanner which is available would help us even more in our check-in procedures (we would be able to check-in guests when inside the pick-up van or in our lobby couches without having the guest approach the reception desk, but it remains too expensive.
