What do you like most?
We love the tracking and reporting ability of GEMS for our staff. Guests are also using our mobile check in function frequently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Wish Mobile key was working quicker.. it takes guest a few tries to get in. We also think the GEMS app could be more user friendly.
