What do you like most?
The system is just great! What we like is the good contact with the customer success team. They have the know-how and in general everyone has very good knowledge.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We've had a few outages, and then it's hard to reach the team. A tip would be to announce this in advance or to put a message on the website.
