What do you like most?
We had doubts to use an RMS, but times have changed and we needed to adapt to the new reality! Although we are a small seasonal hotel it helped us with daily pricing decisions as our compset was changing prices very often. Our revenue, ADR and Revpar increased. Super user friendly system that made us have more time to focus on guests and other hotel's operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is our first RMS and we didn't have much experience with revenue management in the past. So at the moment we are fully satisfied with its features.
