What do you like most?
We’ve updated a lot of our procedures since moving to Mews; it was a really good prompt to assess operations from the ground up and make sure we're doing things because they're efficient, not just out of habit.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting - we currently have to spend a lot of time manipulating data in excel to get the information we require. It is good that the reports are flexible but from an auditing perspective not ideal that the information (specific info that we need) isn't exported directly as a PDF
