What do you like most?
Very easy to organize apartment cleaning work, tasks and repairs. If something goes wrong (almost nothing) they fix it right away.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The tasks/repairs scheduled for the future, so that they do not appear/sound to the maid on the day they are scheduled. Being able to manually change a change of towel or sheet to an apartment in planning.
