We're proud to be the first property to work with GuestChat. They started with us in 2020 and have been going strong ever since. We know the team personally and have been glad to be part of their early adopters. The chat capability is very fluid and easy to use. The system runs by itself. It brings us extra bookings and saves us time answering repetitive questions.

What do you like most?
We're delighted with their service. They give personal attention and care to their hotel clients. Most importantly, they listen and incorporate our feedback into their software. We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I know they're working on more integrations. I understand there are lots of PMS to integrate with. Also, maybe allow for responses with emails from the dashboard itself as opposed to having to send emails separately.
