What do you like most?
The decreasing queue at the hotel's reception at both check-in and departure. Easy for the guest to pay before arrival. The digital key is also very popular.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
That you can more customize times for notices in the app and be able to send one to everyone at the same time. But know that development is underway. Guests also have difficulty finding their rooms once they arrive at the hotel and need to contact reception.
