AeroGuest is a great tool if you want to enhance guest experience and to streamline guest journey. Hoteliers can benefit from this app on multiple levels, it is a great addition to the tech stack. Also, the app is easy to use and it has many features/functions. Guests are able to use the mobile check-in & out, use the app as a room key, scan their IDs and many-many more.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?
I think AeroGuest is unique in its wide range of features in which it helps hoteliers monitor guest journey and revenue. The 2-way integration with HotelTime PMS provides a fully digital platform for both guests and hoteliers. The integration process was smooth and well organised, and the team is always quick to respond to any enquiries.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?
I would advise to consider the app not as an extra cost but as an extra help that will take huge amount of admin work off their staffs' shoulders which is crucial, especially when everyone is struggling with staffing.
