What do you like most?
I needed some help changing products and I was helped very efficiently. I was given very precise answers to my problems and Luvuyo was also well trained on the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If it is possible, the name of the person helping should be mentioned in the first message. I have always had to ask the name again if the signal connection is not good and would help if it is on the first message sent.
