What do you like most?
Net Affinity product is with our company for years and it is delightful to see the company striking and constantly improving. Last year we have migrated to the new version of Net Affinity's booking engine and support via video calls, emails for a smooth transfer were second to none. Everyone working in the company are true professionals, we are delighted with our account management, our monthly meetings, support, suggestions how we can increase booking conversion. We would highly recommend Net Affinity.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
After moving to the new version of the booking engine, we missed a few reports that came in handy to us. However our feedback was heard and while we cannot bring the report back just yet, we were offered an alternative which was better than not having anything at all!
