What do you like most?
OpenKey has been a terrific partner since launching our hotel in 2021. With a small staff and limited hours of operation at our front desk, OpenKey has allowed us to serve our guests at all hours of the day and night.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
OpenKey is flexible and user friendly. The training we receive is wonderful. We have very little to share in regards to improvement.
