What do you like most?
In the development of our business BookVisit has been crucial to succeed! It's diffcult to imagine how we could manage without. BookVisit has helped us improve and digitalize the whole customer journey from pre booking to post trip. It has helped us increase the quality of our product and reduce our time and costs to the booking department. Working great on both laptop and mobile phone gives us more conversions than earlier! Support is great!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
BookVisit is developing the whole time and always takes our opinions and needs into consideration. Even though we manage most of the bookings on computers a better interface for manage bookings on phones and other small devices would be great. Some more options to different prices in the backoffice would be great!
