I love the ease of creating new products and packages and how quick it updates. The user friendlyness is fantastic, it was so easy to learn the system. The backoffice booking function is great, I use it all the time to make reservations and send confimration and payment request to guests right away. Even the conference application looks fantastic, we are currently considering implementing it in som eof the properties we have.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would really like an updated pricing system where you can update dates without having to update each roomtype and occupanyce level individually. It would be great if you could update 1 room type and it would adjust other roomtypes and persons automatically. It is of course good with the freedom to price rooms individually, but for the day to day operations where addons and room types have a fixed addition from the base price, it would help a lot. We will implement an RMS in our properties in the future, but until then this is really a downside of the system.

All software is good on paper. When you are up and running it, everything is not like on paper with many tech providers.
The advice I would like to give the one thinking of Bookvisit is to take a reference. Having done that, you will likely be a customer.

VISIT has not yet had their customer support processes certified by Hotel Tech Report. We recommend referencing the GCSC rubric during your demo call to make sure that this vendor has strong processes in place to support customers.
