What do you like most?
Individual questionnaires, convenient evaluation options, individual reports, evaluation exports, intuitive operation of the system. The fact that there is now a cooperation with the answer generator Mara is great.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More opportunities for umbrella brands to maintain their hotel accounts themselves. Support from iiQ is required for too many things that could have already been taken care of in the same amount of time.
