What do you like most?
Simple to use but limited in back office functionality; customer support was once excellent, now it is difficult to reach and very cumbersome as per Zucchetti style.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Front and back office functionality to be improved, many features present on other non-modern tools are not present; technical assistance has become difficult to reach and cumbersome.
