What do you like most?
The Newbook PMS has everything that we were missing in a software solution and more. We had come from multiple different other products which never ticked all the boxes. We will never look back from changing system. - Extensive features - Customisable product to do what we need it to do. - Best Support Team EVER - Easy to use for the casual user to the management level (even housekeepers are onboard) - Constant updates - Tasks, reminders, automated communication, templates - An email inbox where you can connect history to any client making it easy to review history. - Notes on absolutely category you need. No longer are you needing to remember what happened or what was discussed. - Audit logs so if required you can see what has happened on your booking / site / rate / etc - Channel management. - Reports, reports, reports.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly so happy with them. If there is any concerns they are dealt with quickly and their downtimes rarely ever occur and if they do it is fixed so quickly you barely know it was down.
