What do you like most?
Absolutely enjoyed working with Ryan from ITD. He has strong understanding of PMS databases and OPERA processes, and has a strong team to effectively implement the solution for our group. Additionally, the Business Intelligent product is highly customizable to the needs of our organization offers extremely good value when compared to the pricing of the competitors. Their product has provided us cost savings, time efficiencies and improved analytics and understanding in our business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Loading time can be slow and long when drilling into deeper granular datasets. Could use some product enhancements in VisualBI and AxisBI. Also would occasionally experience data quality issues in their daily data exports.
