What do you like most?
As the title suggests, excellent revenue consultancy service with the Franco Grasso Revenue Team. Massimiliano Terzulli is our Revenue Manager and has been following us for the past 5 years. In recent years our structure has grown by more than 40% setting up a synergistic work, taking care of every minimum detail regarding tariff entry, detailed study of the market, calculation of every possible internal and non-company variable and consequently setting the best possible strategy of sale. With all this, the Franco Grasso Revenue Team has also brought to the hotel an awareness of its own abilities, making it perform at its best. Then with the Revolution Plus software system it simplifies your work even more, having a tariff analysis and management tool at your fingertips in order to always make the right decision at any time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As far as Im concerned, I have nothing to report. We are very satisfied with all the work done so far and I am confident that it will only get better.
