What do you like most?
Easy to use - super intuitive and very powerful when it comes to Guest Experience. I love the fact that you can communicate with your guests and with your staff. Both parties benefit from this platform. We increased revenue by up-selling more products and services to our guests making everything more accessible and streamlining our staff operations. We are now able to receive more feedback from our guests and transform bad experience into great one by getting real-time feedback, so we can make sure our guests don´t leave without a good experience. We were able to improve our services thank to the data that we have been collecting via the Stay-App platform. You can set up your app in a fee minutes, super easy, no coding or development required. We labeled it with our logo, brand identity and colors, so our guest recognise our brand and use the platform with confidence. Another advantage you have is that the platform is multilingual, so no barriers for our guests to interact with our staff. Also, you decide how to share the app with your guests: scanning a QR Code, downloading a iOS or Android App or through our corporate App, Web App, Native App or Embedded App. The Hotel Directory provides our guests detailed information about our hotel. The Booking System allows our guests to book any service or product. The Task Manager centralises all our guests´ requests, so they can immediately respond to their requests. The mobile ordering feature is an easy ordering feature for our guests - no waits. The Concierge Chat is a real tie communication feature that allows our guests to communicate with our staff. Thanks to Stay App´s analytics and insights we were able to make better data-driven decision to improve our guest and staff experience. Stay-App provides us with an entire ecosystem, Staff App, CSM and Guest App with amazing feature like destination guide, up-selling, Kids Club, Mobile Room Key and super useful HotelMaps for our clients.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are always things that we can improve and Stay App is constantly improving. HeadsUp for the great job that the Dev Team is doing. Looking forward to seeing what is new in your next update! By the way, We love your restaurant Pro Feature.
