What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

When it comes to our main activity, they were able to get integrated with us through our Civitfun Hub in a very convenient way. Offering online check in among their functionalities was key for them and for anyone in the guest app sector. In fact, I would highlight that it is precisely the large variety of functionalities what makes STAY stand out among the rest.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

My answer is going to be a bit similar, since as aforementioned, I would say that STAY offers a wide variety of services and functionalities that can be very helpful to fulfill the industry's requirements and the hotel guests' requirements too.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

In this case, I would say that it is easy to get integrated with STAY, and as a guest, I would say that it is always convenient to have all the information and service offering of a hotel at your fingertips. So of course, I would recommend it. Thank you!
