What do you like most?
The support for monscierge is great. When ever we have an issue we always get a reply back in a good timely manner and are always kept update. Marcos have been our support representative and he is always helpful and has been great to deal with. The reason for using Monscierge is that we have 7 rooms with the ability to watch live TV channels. Monscierge has been our solution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It has only happened twice but it would be nice to be notified when major updates are happening to the MDM as we have reset our devices not knowing the MDM was down due to an update and have were not able to configure the device ready for the guests arrival. It would also be a great benefit to know when new updates and software releases are available.
