Before adding the Apple TV's to our property we had binders that constantly needed to be updated with attractions and it was a huge waste of paper. Now everything is digitalized and the first thing most guests look at is the TV so they see all of the information they need immediately instead of calling and ignoring the binder.

I worked with Monscierge for many years, including when I was a hotelier and had over 500 hotels equipped with Monscierge solution. They have a true hospitality experience. Their suite of products offer a consistent solution to the hotels.

What they are doing with the Apple TV is very unique. They are really mastering this solution and have a product that works for private rentals, small boutique hotels and up to large hotel companies.

You may want to start by acquiring the Apple TV solution from Monscierge but then you should extend to the other products to have a consistent guest engagement platform (less work for the team and seamless experience to the guests).
