There are some features of the software itself that I think could be improved. Overall, I would like to see more customization options, like fonts, colors, etc., that would allow us to match the pages to our website branding. We have also discussed the possibility of a "thumbnail" option for the property features. I am aware that most of these requests would require a platform change through Apple.

It has only happened twice but it would be nice to be notified when major updates are happening to the MDM as we have reset our devices not knowing the MDM was down due to an update and have were not able to configure the device ready for the guests arrival. It would also be a great benefit to know when new updates and software releases are available.

Before adding the Apple TV's to our property we had binders that constantly needed to be updated with attractions and it was a huge waste of paper. Now everything is digitalized and the first thing most guests look at is the TV so they see all of the information they need immediately instead of calling and ignoring the binder.

It is easy and effective so far, however it would be helpful to be able to automate logins for apps provided by property.

Now everything is digitalized and the first thing most guests look at is the TV so they see all of the information they need immediately instead of calling and ignoring the binder.

Monscierge has opened their internal support tools and processes to Hotel Tech Report and has achieved the GCSC Support Certification which verifies the tools and processes they have in place to support customers.
This vendor does not appear to have basic support essentials. Vendors who provide top tier support maintain a knowledge base help center and product updates changelog for customers.
