What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

What they are doing with the Apple TV is very unique. They are really mastering this solution and have a product that works for private rentals, small boutique hotels and up to large hotel companies.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

You may want to start by acquiring the Apple TV solution from Monscierge but then you should extend to the other products to have a consistent guest engagement platform (less work for the team and seamless experience to the guests).

What do you like most?

We have just recently installed the Apple Tv's. So far, it seems very easy to use and pretty straightforward. But again, we will need more time to really know how to use all the features.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It would have been convenient to know ahead of time from Monscierge that when setting up at multi property locations that a multi property room list is needed.

The Customer Support/ Client Success team at Monscierge is amongst the best in the business. They are quick to respond and always go above and beyond to make sure their clients are taken care of and happy...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The notifications for the mobile app will sometimes not alert and messages from guests will be missed, unless you open the app. Unfortunately this can be a nuisance.

We love it, guests love it! The Apple Tv is very cost effective and super easy to use for staff and guests.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I think this is more on the app side than Monscierge, but sometimes it takes a longer to load certain apps at times. It would be nice to have less stalling.
