What do you like most?
This platform is very easy to use and gives guests quick access to important hotel information. The interface is simple, and it's easy to find details about amenities, activities, and room features. It also offers many options, like connecting to local sports programs, viewing the room bill, and finding lots of other useful information. We often receive compliments from guests for this information portal. I also really appreciate the excellent support they provide, always being quick to assist with any questions or issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We really love the platform and all the new features they offer. One nice addition would be to receive push notifications directly on the phone, instead of just on the website.
